I Am The Source

This is Part 2 in a series of four posts about these Post-It Notes that I have on my bedroom vanity mirror.

I have these little things around my home that are pings for me things that maybe I’ve heard someone say or it’s come through my own channel or I’ve read somewhere that just really strikes me as meaningful and necessary and something that I should really be paying attention to.

What I have come to understand and believe through my own healing work is that “I Am The Source.”

I am the source of my suffering. I am the source of my joy. I am the source of my pain. I am the source of my light. I am the source of my darkness. I am the source of my connection to the divine.

I AM Source.

Because we all come from Source.

So we must be of the thing we come from.

In that has really been born a radical accountability for me.

So when something is not going my way - which happens plenty in the 3D - the first thing I really try to do is look at myself and ask, “What is this reflecting to me? What is this mirroring in me?” and “What is this trigger or activation telling me is still unhealed?”

So, remembering that I am the source also of my own peace of my worthiness of all love, all of those high vibrational things is really kind of a comfort.

I think my grip has loosened substantially but this is still a human life and it’s a lot So let me know what “I’m The Source” means to you.

And what I've come to believe that means for me, one, is self-forgiveness just over and over and over again forgiving myself for the things I've done that I wish I hadn't.

For the times I knew better and did it anyway.

For the times I didn't know better and stumbled and fumbled around.

Of course there will be many more of those times so self-forgiveness is super important.

Also, “this is what it takes” means the willingness to take a really hard look at the things that aren't working and to call out things that are not serving and being willing to examine them and excavate them and then stop doing them - which has not been super easy.

But it's been really productive and continues to be a process for me.
