it's not a discipline problem.
it's a worthiness problem.
Whenever a conversation comes up twice in one week, I know there’s a theme for me to notice and explore.
For a very long time, I thought I lacked discipline.
I would make promises to myself - important promises about my health, relationships, career, spirituality and finances - and I would stick to things for a while and then, every time, eventually, I would self-abandon and quit.
I had loads of excuses - all masquerading as reasons.
Usually, I would prioritize someone or something else over my integrity - relationships and career mostly - solidifying my belief that being of service or use to others is my value in this life.
When I started digging into my subconscious I was shocked to find a deep feeling of unworthiness.
Healing parts of that has allowed me to show up for myself and prioritize myself first and always - to be the main character in my story instead of constantly handing that role over to others and taking on a supporting role in my own life story.
I didn’t have a discipline problem. I had a worthiness problem.
Can you relate? How do you keep the promises you make to yourself? What do you need to recommit to?

Hi there. I’m Kristy.
I’m just a piece of work - in progress.
This space is a diary of a 40-something’s non-linear journey to spiritual, emotional and financial sovereignty if you’re into this kind of thing.
You’ve made it this far - so maybe you are!
When I’m not working on my expansion and trying to raise my own vibration for the benefit of the Collective, I’m helping small business owners lean into their authority and authenticity to make more money while they find joy and ease in their Sacred Service.
If you’re a Soulpreneur and have a question, concern, or idea you want to workshop with a Soul-led 20+ year marketing, strategy, communications and sales Pro who happens to have very finely attuned Intuition, you can book a CLAIRity Call with me here.
As part of this Practically Healed passion project, I’ve launched a series of mugspirations and other little pings that you might love as much as I do. You can browse them here.
Thanks for being here.
