I realize I can’t receive joy or love or peace in intimate connections when everything feels like a threat and I’m on high alert - fearful and judgey AF.

Choosing a partner who offers emotional awareness and maturity, expresses interest in my life and wants to know me deeply, provides consistency and a desire to understand and meet my relational and intimate needs - this is ground zero - the minimum requirement.

And what I bring to my connections.

So it’s really just a request for reciprocation.

Soul trust, faith in Divinity (mine and Universal) and self-love seem like the medicine to apply to this wounding to release it and live more authentically from my higher self.

Fear lives in the lower self and chakras. Love, Peace, Joy and Gratitude all live in the higher self and chakras.

This was another big realization for me.

I am worthy of receiving.
I am worthy of joy.

As my Mom was transitioning in Hospice, she imparted only two pieces of advice…

Follow Your Heart

And

Live Your Life.

It’s been nearly a decade since her passing and the words she left me continue to deliver meaning and expansion.

As my consciousness evolves, the foresight of what she shared with me emerges and it just blows me away.

It makes sense that her Soul was speaking then to my Human.

The final imparting in our life here together.

As the veil that separates us from the Heavens got thinner, she got clearer and clearer.

Live your life.

It didn’t mean a ton to me then.

Seemed like a sweet sentiment.

But it was really a call to arms.

Her Soul knew then the journey I would embark on seven years later.

To heal myself and five generations of ancestors before me.

Live YOUR life.

It was a call to end my martyr-y over-giving bullshit.

It was a call to stop making other people main characters in my story.

It was a call to remember who I am and the lineage I come from - here in this lifetime and from the infinity that is divinity.

It was a call to stop trying to belong to other people and start belonging to myself.

It was a call to commit to the most important relationship I’ve had in any lifetime - the one between my Soul being and my Human being.

Whenever a conversation comes up twice in one week, I know there’s a theme for me to notice and explore.

For a very long time, I thought I lacked discipline.

I would make promises to myself - important promises about my health, relationships, career, spirituality and finances - and I would stick to things for a while and then, every time, eventually, I would self-abandon and quit.

I had loads of excuses - all masquerading as reasons.

Usually, I would prioritize someone or something else over my integrity - relationships and career mostly - solidifying my belief that being of service or use to others is my value in this life.

When I started digging into my subconscious I was shocked to find a deep feeling of unworthiness.

Healing parts of that has allowed me to show up for myself and prioritize myself first and always - to be the main character in my story instead of constantly handing that role over to others and taking on a supporting role in my own life story.

I didn’t have a discipline problem. I had a worthiness problem.

Sovereignty is the goal.

Led by the Divine by way of the heart.

But I have to remind myself that being in my sovereign authority doesn’t mean ignoring all other inputs.

It means finely tuning my own discernment and integrating what resonates with the highest parts of me.

We need to see ourselves through other human’s lenses if we’re to truly see and known “our truth” as it’s as much about what we know, believe and embody as how others actually experience us - particularly those we love and trust.

Ascension is always the goal on my healing journey but in my experience, that “leveling up” is usually wildly incremental.

And rarely linear.

Sometimes shockingly so.

RISING to a new frequency, getting there, is one thing.

HOLDING that frequency is another entirely.

EMBODIMENT of that frequency is the true integration point.

I’ve often touched a new, higher timeline frequency only to slip back into old limiting behaviors or beliefs.

I remind myself that, if I can visit that place, I can find it again and eventually, move there - permanently.

In the meantime, I have to remind myself to SHINE where I am and continue daily practices that raise my personal vibration and that of every being I encounter - in my home, in nature, in life, in business and in the collective.

I know that “like” attracts like.

So when I’ve had unsafe people magnetize to me, I always felt super stumped about why, because I thought I was generally a pretty safe person for people I’m in connection with.

So I posed myself a new question, considering both the Universal Laws of Resonance AND Oneness:

“If they’re an unsafe person, and I’ve magnetized them to me, then I AM THEM. I’m an unsafe person. How and who am I an unsafe person for?”

For me, asking the right question is just the ping my guides need to drop a download - a truth about myself I’m finally ready to hear.

I’m an unsafe person for others when I’m “loving” from my sacral or solar plexus chakras - something I’m doing some deep work to change presently.

But most of all, then (which was about a year ago), I realized I was an unsafe person for myself.

I was deep in the low vibe of my natal Virgo rising - deeply self-critical and not willing to give myself an inch of Grace.

And worst of all, I had made and broken many, many promises to myself in my life.

This one is deeply inspired by the incomparable Louise Hay.

I’ve learned from Jonathan Goldman’s book, Gift of the Body, that our thoughts and beliefs live in the mental body of our energetic field.

There’s several layers between that field and our human body.

But when our unproductive or low vibrational thoughts aren’t cleared, their frequency will work its way through the layers and eventually land inside the body - causing dis-ease.

This is one of only two pieces of advice my Mom offered me as she prepared to transition while in Hospice care.

I thought I knew why she said it, then.

We had been so close and she had taught me and imparted to me all her wisdom over the course of our time together so there was little left to reiterate as the sands of time were falling through our fingers.

In fact, I came in here to tell a different story about this quote.

And I realize as I’m writing this - as she drifted in and out of consciousness, straddling this side of the veil and the other, she was illuminating a lighthouse for me.

She knew how rough the waters would be, how far I had to go and how rocky the shore I needed to land on would be too.

She also knew I had every resource available to me.

The bridge to our higher self is the heart space. When we run everything through that filter, what we say, think and do is always in the highest good of all beings.

“What if I showed up differently here?”

“What if I engage differently?”

“What if I responded differently?”

“What if I’m just not even that person anymore?”

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t but it’s been a really helpful process for me that I wanted to share.

I have these little things around my home that are pings for me things that maybe I’ve heard someone say or it’s come through my own channel or I’ve read somewhere that just really strikes me as meaningful and necessary and something that I should really be paying attention to.

What I have come to understand and believe through my own healing work is that “I Am The Source.”

I am the source of my suffering. I am the source of my joy. I am the source of my pain. I am the source of my light. I am the source of my darkness. I am the source of my connection to the divine.

I AM Source.

Because we all come from Source.

So we must be of the thing we come from.

In that has really been born a radical accountability for me.

So when something is not going my way - which happens plenty in the 3D - the first thing I really try to do is look at myself and ask, “What is this reflecting to me? What is this mirroring in me?” and “What is this trigger or activation telling me is still unhealed?”

So, remembering that I am the source also of my own peace of my worthiness of all love, all of those high vibrational things is really kind of a comfort.

I think my grip has loosened substantially but this is still a human life and it’s a lot So let me know what “I’m The Source” means to you.

And what I've come to believe that means for me, one, is self-forgiveness just over and over and over again forgiving myself for the things I've done that I wish I hadn't.

For the times I knew better and did it anyway.

For the times I didn't know better and stumbled and fumbled around.

So the first one I wanna talk about is "this is what it takes."

And this one is actually a message that came through during a really deep meditation from my own Soul.

I was in a really kind of a tough place and I was really sad and crying about a situation that had happened many times and this is what my Soul told me - "this is what it takes."

And what I've come to believe that means for me, one, is self-forgiveness just over and over and over again forgiving myself for the things I've done that I wish I hadn't.

For the times I knew better and did it anyway.

For the times I didn't know better and stumbled and fumbled around.

Almost, nearly, Practically.

Or… reasonably, sensibly, Practically.

The white gold open heart.

The vision for this space didn’t really lock in until I started reading Jonathan Goldman’s “Gift of the Body.”

Just prior to starting the book, I dropped into a deep meditation audio and when prompted to visualize a symbol coming out of my heart space, it was a white gold glittery heart.

Then, I read Jonathan’s book where he describes our energetic core (directly in front of our spine) as shimmering white gold light that runs from the heavens through to the Earth’s core.

He also teaches that the heart is the bridge between the lower and higher selves - energetically and actually. The longest four inches in the Universe.

Speaking, living and acting from my heart space has been a challenge for me. I came here with wounding there and have magnetized more.

A lot of the personal work I do daily is to keep my heart open and receptive to my Soul’s guidance - which has become less suggestive and more insistent recently.

I don’t know what this space will grow into.

I just know my Soul plotted this course.

She whispered this name to me a few years ago and it has been bouncing around my energetic field since.

I finally had the courage and clarity to do something with it - launch on Instagram.

Healed. A state, a way of being, an aspiration.

Unless we reach enlightenment and complete devotion, which most of us won’t, we’re all just on a journey of remembering and healing for our entire time here.

If that’s true - is anyone actually just “healed.”?

I believe we can see really hard truths about ourselves, change perceptions, challenge limiting beliefs and self-harming behaviors, and ultimately, operate from a whole new level of consciousness.

Because I’ve done it myself.

I found the tools that work for me and a community that supports this work and pushes me constantly to see and stay in the truth (contrary to my natal Pisces South Node).

And I refine and work this new program everyday.

I’m called to share my experience, insights and progress here with you.

Like your big sister who’s maybe just a little ahead of you in this book were all reading.

I also believe that anyone pedaling the finality of this process is full of shit.

This journey is literally why we’re here.

The likelihood that guru you’re following on the socials has actually figured it ALL out for themselves? Slim chance.

The likelihood they’ve figured it out FOR YOU? No chance.

My journey has required a renewable reserve of bravery and willingness and has often been fueled by an infusion of pure desperation.

I’m not here to teach you anything.

I can only speak to what I have, myself, done, know, and believe.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My hope is that something here will ping or activate you - to think, to feel, to contemplate, to excavate, to sandblast.

Pain is inevitable in this human life. Suffering is optional.

My wish for you is that you reconnect to the embodiments of worthiness, wholeness and love that nested deep inside you when you crossed the veil of forgetting on your way here.

I endeavor everyday to unearth and live from the truest, most sovereign and correct parts of myself. I am so grateful to know others on the same journey.
